I don't know where you are but here in Kansas this has been a very strange season.

Not much snow here but others around the coutry are buried.    Cold came and went without giving us moisture.  And it is ice and snow that reminds folks to buy new tires. February is usually pretty fridged, but this year it has been sunshine and mild temps.
